Exchange Policy


YAZ The Label has an Exchange Only policy.

However, we will offer full refund if an item is faulty or arrives not as described.

We understand that sometimes the fit is not quite right, so here at YAZ The Label we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all original labels. In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged item, we are happy to offer an exchange also, however, this needs to be supported by photographic evidence, which can be emailed over to us. Please note this only applies to any item despatched to us within 21 days of  your order date.


It’s important to note also that shipping costs are not covered by YAZ The Label when sent back, so we recommend using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.


How to process an exchange


Just send us over an email at with the heading ‘Exchange’ and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please expect a response within 48 hours.

In your email please specify the following:

    • Name 
    • Order Number
    • Reason for exchange 

You can exchange your item for any size/colour of the same item (permitted it’s in stock) and we will ship it back to you at no extra cost. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.


If your size is unavailable after you place an order, you will be given a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. 


Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This varies between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as this is out of our control.
